Training :
Monday : 7pm from Carrickcruppen running club all levels of runners catered for ranging from 5km to 15km

Tuesday :

Wednesday: running from newry swimming pool from 7:30pm average running time 75mins this is catered for all running levels with particular emphasis for half marathon / marathon distances.

Wednesday:
Swimming: 9:15-10:15 newry swimming pool, focusing on technique work and stamina. £2 per person.

Thursday: swimming at newry swimming pool 9:00-9:45. Coached lessons available at £5 per session. £2 per person for non coaching.

Friday:
Coached running from Sean Featherstone 6 pm at newry running track ( behind newry swimming pool). Free session to all members.  Session will focus on speedwork, stamina, threshold running, race pacing and core -work.

Saturday: bike TBC

Sunday:  Bike TBC
