Group cycle for all levels this Thursday 11th August;
leaving the the lake at 6.30pm sharp; meeting in Newry (back of Quays, Albert Basin) for 6.45pm sharp; this group will then recon the Carlingford tri route for Saturday; maybe even a coffee stop on the way home. No racing, leisure spin for all members; any racers will be sent up LWG!
