Tuesday nights 6.30pm from Courthouse; pacing, strength, and technique work out;
Wednesday night; Greenbank; 7.00pm; Pacing and interval work out with Colm
Thursday night; 7pm Pool meeting point/occassionally Kilbroney; check faceboiok for confirmation; 80-90mins steady state running; usually an out and back formate.
Note; it is not recommended you do all these sessions in one week; recovery is key; feel free to drop in and see what sessions suit your goals.
