Hi folks, won't be at swimming this week as I have a chest infection so letting you know now. I know some of ye did this race last year, if anyone is interested in doing it this year as a training session, you can park at my place in Newcastle and cycle with me out to it. Just let me know who's in and I'll provide the coffee before we set off on teh backs, after race cycle back to my place for a cuppa if anyones wants before ye head off.

Mick & Paul, as stated you can always take the bike and cycle from here, easy 12 mile cycle. Cars will be safe at my house.
