RITH 2010 ARE LOOKING FOR RUNNERS FROM NEWRY TRIATHLON CLUB
This is a 1600km relay run from Belfast to Galway (9th - 17th March) in support of the Irish language.
The web site is www.rith.ie and don't panic at the site of it. There's an option up in the right hand corner of the page to have it all in English.
The Irish language unit in Newry and Mourne District Council are organising the Newry end of things and can be contacted at 30313258 or marcas@glornangael.ie
It doesn't actually say which day it goes through Newry but I would imagine it will be either the 9th of the 10th.
That's all I know to date.
