hi all, there will be a running session on this thurs and hopefully every thurs, it will start at the swmming pool and finish at the pool in time for the thurs night swim, please be there for 7.55, we will run round newry taking advantage of street lighting, until the bright evenings arrive, hope 2 see a good turn out.
