Great to see so many out this morning. Numbers up on 50. Apologies as we were not as organised this week as we did not expect the numbers. next week we will continue however we will be much better organised. So once again many thanks. As Billy has said above make sure we have all of the above with us. One little tip is to ensure you have breakfast before you go out, if possible 2 hours prior to cycle and try and drink at least a litre of water before the cycle as the body dehydrates over night. Hopefully we will organise a session to illustrate how to change a puncture for those who need help with this.
Keep Riding Strong.

Well folks just to let u all know at the cycle 2day we covered 50k which is just over 31 miles . Also on the puncture and general bike maintance front we are sponsored by two cycle shops Tommy the bike and Phil at border cycles so between them i will get them to run a bike repair session and also show how to use the co2 cylinders and the quick fix puncture cyclinders for when we are in races and want a quick fix.
