Saturday 26th of April was the second of this years Big Wood Duathlons organised by Newry Triathlon Club and Sponsored by Up and Running.

just to let you all know, we at Up & Running, Newry are planning an exculsive evening for all members of Newry Tri and Setanta Tri on wed 14 May, 6.oo pm - 9.oo pm.

The club weekend away this year will be to the olympic distance triathlon in Galway on 19th July. Its held in a small village outside Galway and is a great course. Once we get numbers we will arrange accomadation in Galway city for the celebrations post race.
This race opens THIS FRIDAY 21st March at 9am on www.activeeurope.com. Again this will sell out in less than an hour so we really need if anyone is interested in going to book themselves on this friday.There will be no entries after this friday. Once you are booked in, let us know so we can work out numbers.

Over the next couple of weeks various triathlons will open for entry for the summer time. If you don't enter now you won't get racing. these races will fill up really quickly.
