no running this week, enjoy the break, but we're back at it next week Thursday 19th June, meeting down on the running track behind the Newry swimming pool at 7:15pm.

Good luck in Camlough everybody.
I'll be hiding in the crowd of well wishers somewhere, where's wally style, cheering you on
(although i'd have to find something rather large to hide behind...maybe Camlough Mountain )

Hi everyone,
The club trip away is the weekend of 18th-20th July to Galway Triathlon.There is a good crowd booked into the triathlon but everyone is welcome to come down even if there not competing. It should be a good trip. Basically everyone books there own accomadation. We have a few suggestions of hotels in city centre and salthill area below. It won't matter that everyone isn't staying in the same place in fact its probably for the best from previous weekends!!! Salthill is only a couple of km from city centre, a short taxi ride

Great to see Newry so well represented this year. Everyone should be proud of their performance on what is a tough race. This bodes well for a great season ahead and I cant wait to see the splits. Next stop Crooked Lake !! Bring it on. See you on Wed night.
